Map the workflow before the technology
The products follow what applicants actually need to discover, understand, prepare and present—not what happens to fit inside one interface.
Visa ecosystem · Owned venture · Multi-product visa ecosystem
A personal EU–Thai visa journey became a growing ecosystem of content, guided assistance and evidence tools—each built around a different job couples need to complete.

Starting situation
Somruthai and I were an EU–Thai couple in a long-distance relationship when we began preparing her first visit to Hungary. The information was fragmented, the paperwork contradictory and the fear of missing one document was constant. We treated the process like a second job, researched the requirements and prepared the application ourselves. After two successful personal applications, sixty days together in Europe, an engagement and our wedding in Thailand, the recurring gaps were impossible to ignore. What began as sharing the guides and templates we wished we had became a set of products built around the real workflow.
Key decisions
The products follow what applicants actually need to discover, understand, prepare and present—not what happens to fit inside one interface.
VisitVisa handles discovery, SabAI guides preparation and VisaAlbum turns relationship evidence into a reviewable dossier.
The tools organise, explain, draft and check. Applicants verify their case, and only the competent authority decides the outcome.
Product boundaries
The first operating products cover discovery, guided preparation and evidence packaging. The ecosystem can expand without forcing every future need into one overloaded application.
Inside the system
Each public product stays focused, while the operating experience behind them compounds across content, acquisition, product decisions and support.
Search-led, multilingual guidance translates a fragmented process into useful entry points.
A case-aware assistant helps couples understand questions, organise facts and prepare editable drafts.
Private photos, trips and captions become a structured document that applicants can review before export.
Content, acquisition, payments, attribution, support and user feedback inform the next product decision.
Reach is not the same as paid adoption
The ecosystem's visa content has generated 1M+ combined views, and its guides, community answers, templates and products have helped 1,000+ couples.
“We did not begin with a SaaS idea. We began as the couple trying to bring a real relationship through a fragmented, high-stakes process. Each product exists because a different part of that process deserved its own tool.”
