Services

03 · New digital products

Turn a validated problem into a production release customers can use and pay for.

SaaS, specialist tools, marketplaces and customer portals from product logic to the first paying users.

Brief your project

This is the right move when…

The problem is already visible in daily work.

01

An established company wants to turn an internal capability into a customer-facing product.

02

A founder has strong domain access and a validated problem, but needs product judgement and engineering in one loop.

03

A manual specialist service is ready to become a repeatable portal, SaaS or marketplace workflow.

What gets delivered

Not a specification pack. A working production boundary.

01

A written product boundary

The user, problem, paid value, critical journey and first release are defined before the backlog expands.

02

Production UX and full-stack build

Responsive interface, application logic, data model and administration are built as one coherent product.

03

Commercial foundations

Authentication, payments, transactional communication and measurement are included where the model requires them.

04

Launch and a next-decision plan

The release goes to production with known risks, instrumentation and a written list of what evidence should shape the next iteration.

Delivery model

Three explicit decision points.

  1. 01

    Scope

The outcome, risks and first-release boundary are written down.

  2. 02

    Build

Focused engineering with working increments and direct decisions.

  3. 03

    Launch

Production release, verification, documentation and a clear handover.

The 2–4 week promise is for a validated, tightly scoped first production release. It is not a promise to discover the market, build every future feature and prove product-market fit in one sprint.

Owned product proof

VisaAlbum: from a narrow problem to a working specialist SaaS.

Product logic, sensitive media, document generation, payments and operations are handled as one owned product—not a handoff-only portfolio piece.

Common questions

The important boundaries, before the brief.

What does MVP mean in this engagement?

The smallest production release that completes one valuable customer journey end to end. It is not a disposable prototype and not a reduced copy of the final wishlist.

Can a real product launch in 2–4 weeks?

Yes, when the problem is validated and the first release is deliberately narrow. Complex integrations, migrations or several user roles may require a staged plan beyond the first release.

Who owns the code and product accounts?

The client owns the agreed deliverables and production accounts. Access, repositories and third-party ownership are set up for a real handover, not dependency by obscurity.

What happens after launch?

The project includes launch verification and handover. Continued product, integration or growth work is available through a focused retainer when it serves a clear next objective.

Start the brief with the operational problem.

Describe what happens today, where time or revenue is lost and what must work differently. The first reply will clarify fit, primary risks and the sensible next step.
