This is the right move when…

The problem is already visible in daily work.

01

You want to sell physical products, downloads or specialist digital products online.

02

Your current checkout or order handling needs a redesign or a reliable connection to the operation.

03

Product data, payments, delivery or invoicing require repeated manual work.

What gets delivered

Not a specification pack. A working production boundary.

01

Catalogue and customer journey

We define the product model, categories, variants and the information customers need before buying.

02

Storefront and checkout

Responsive product pages and a checkout suited to the business model, with agreed payment methods and confirmation states.

03

Order handling and integrations

Agreed stock, delivery, invoicing or digital-delivery services connect to the order workflow. Each provider and responsibility is specified in the scope.

04

Test purchases and handover

The agreed purchase, payment and fulfilment paths are checked in a controlled provider environment before launch, followed by an operational handover.

Delivery model

Three explicit decision points.

  1. 01

    Scope

The outcome, risks and first-release boundary are written down.

  2. 02

    Build

Focused engineering with working increments and direct decisions.

  3. 03

    Launch

Production release, verification, documentation and a clear handover.

Platform choice follows the catalogue and operational needs. Product uploads, migration, payment-provider approval, legal content and ongoing operation have explicit responsibilities. Third-party fees and sales results are separate from the build quote.

Common questions

The important boundaries, before the brief.

Can you work with an existing store?

Yes. The first step is reviewing the platform, catalogue, URLs, customer data and integrations. That determines whether improving the current store or migrating it is the better scope.

Are payment, delivery and invoicing included?

Yes, with the providers and data flows named in the quote. Merchant accounts, provider contracts and their fees are agreed separately with the business.

Can I sell digital products too?

Yes. Downloads, customer access and delivery can form part of the purchase journey. The access rules and refund process are defined before implementation.
